Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) is an accredited, public college in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the least populated (but ninth largest in size) state in the U.S. Located in the Rocky Mountains on a high desert plateau overlooking southwestern Wyoming, the campus is in a safe, friendly town of 23,000 residents. The closest cities are Salt Lake City, Utah and Denver, Colorado. The campus enjoys golden autumns, crisp winters with snow, and very pleasant spring and summer weather. Many of the 3500 students at WWCC are from small towns in Wyoming. The college has 994 full-time students including more than 70 international students from 25 countries. Experienced, fully qualified instructors teach classes at WWCC. This allows for extensive interaction in the classroom and outside of class hours. International students enjoy small classes and personal attention from faculty and staff.
